Membership Form
Mini Poster Project
Travel Opportunities
Hospitality Among Peers
Student Coalition
Forms are given to every student on club day, a day every month students go to clubs. The cost and deadline are posted on the membership form. The cost for freshman thru junior students is $25, and $30 for seniors. The deadline to submit forms is September of each school year. However, we are always open for new members. Students are encouraged to fill out the form and return it with their dues to the adviser. Membership forms can be found on every FCCLA bulletin board.
FCCLA posters are made with creative themes and posted all around the school. Each poster lists the benefits of joining FCCLA such as leadership development, personal growth, service opportunities, etc. Posters also describe field trips members can participate in. These posters are made and created by our members and our ECE classes to promote FCCLA in our school.
In the school announcements, field trips are advertised to students persuading them to join FCCLA. Field trip photos are also uploaded to social media sites in order to interest students. Every year, we attend the Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry, GA for the fall leadership rally and have a blast enjoying the rides and food. This year, we also attended the Fall Leadership Conference at Camp John Hope to give our members more leadership experiences.
Many different cards and candies are handed out to students to convince them to join FCCLA. We use "Be A Smartie, Join FCCLA" , "Don't Be A Dumm Dumm, Join FCCLA", and many others to get students to join. These cards are handed out during FCCLA events to increase memberships and interest new students to join our student organization.
Our chapter of FCCLA sets up booths and tables at community and school events to talk to students about FCCLA. Every year our school hosts 8th Grade Transition Day, a two-day event where the local middle school eighth graders visit and learn what high school has to offer. At this event, we give them reasons to join FCCLA, like learning leadership and career skills. We also set up a booth at open house to encourage new incoming students and present students to join FCCLA.

Membership Milestones/Highlights
In our school, we offer Early Childhood Education. In this pathway, our adviser teaches her students about the principles of FCCLA, the benefits, and how to join. Our adviser spends time in every one of her classes going over a whole unit educating the students of SEBHS about FCCLA. Early Childhood Education and our chapter promote the foundation of career readiness with the skills we teach in the classroom and in activities .
We recognize members every year for the service, dedication, and commitment to FCCLA. Our new officers are recognized for their dedicated membership and extensive service in FCCLA during our annual banquet. Highlights from this year: Reagan Padgett, Claire Pagliarullo, and Laney Gagne were recognized at the Bulloch Career Workforce Summit and at the FCCLA State Leadership Conference. We also highlight members in our social media for their milestones in school, community, and in our organization.
